General


A broad working experience in which switching between different levels from multiple perspectives is a natural part of my thinking and acting.
Result- and goal-oriented in which I see people as the most important capital and apply the relationship as the working mechanism. Leading principle for me is the `why`: for whom are you doing what you are doing? In healthcare, that is the patient/resident and their (social) environment. For educational institutions, it is the students. For municipalities, the residents.
Skilled in (unconsciously) influencing and advising from administrative level to the operational field.
New / unfamiliar subject areas I master quickly and thoroughly.

Conciliator/motivator

I am an initiator, driven and creative connector/motivator. I easily enter into relationships where I do not lose sight of the common goal or result to be achieved. I get pleasure from making an active contribution to development and/or change. This could be a department, process, product and/or individual. Others describe me as optimistic, honest, social, thinking and acting outside the box, seeing and seizing opportunities and organisationally strong.

Knowledge

As a generalist, I have a broad knowledge of and interest in the healthcare, facilities, safety and social work field. Due to my very extensive work experience in healthcare, I am familiar with the specific organisational structure, culture and processes.

Skills

I quickly switch between operational, tactical and strategic levels from multiple perspectives and connect with different target groups. I feel strongly responsible for an organisation / task and carry this out with head, heart, hands and pleasure.

Motivation

My intrinsic motivation and energiser is facilitating and coaching large or small movements from connection. This can be with regard to the development of an individual, a process or a large(er) change.

Strength

My strength lies in 'seeing' people, feeling and interpreting the undercurrent. I have a positive approach to the individual, but do not shy away from asking critical and surprising questions in a respectful way.

Work approach

To achieve set goals, my approach is usually as follows:
From a shared ambition with an eye and respect for different interests, arrive at efficient and effective 'agreements'.
Engaging in dialogue with each other, exchanging perspectives and giving meaning to them is important to me. The aim of this is that during the course of the project/process, there is a togetherness and a connectedness.
For me, taking steps together and reflecting on what is going well and what could be improved is part of the ongoing process.
Daring to experiment and thinking/acting out-of-the-box together with others, if that is possible and adds value.
My knowledge and experience of project and change management and design thinking are the basis for this.
